Founder/President

World-acclaimed composer, conductor, producer, and director, Maestro Dino Zonic, known as the “People’s Maestro”, and his music foster unity among people and nations through his Concert Spectaculars, which he has produced all over the world.

Maestro Zonic’s extraordinary career and mission of unity have been recognized and praised by His Holiness Pope John Paul II, the Dalai Lama, President Clinton, and other world luminaries. His symphony “Entrata” honored the 1st Dayton Peace Prize recipient, President Bill Clinton.

Laura Hobeiche

Head of Communications + Social Impact

International communication and social impact specialist with expertise in global public relations, managing purpose-driven projects and leading integrated marketing teams. Laura is deeply passionate about helping social enterprises, purpose-driven initiatives and regenerative businesses spotlight their innovative, impactful and inspirational work in the sustainable development space. She employs a human insights and research-based approach to craft meaningful brand narratives and creative campaigns with resonance.

Susan Kolbas

Executive Director

Susan Kolbas tapped into her creative side and passion for travel early on in the fashion industry. From there many successful years in real estate gave her the courage to elevate her career and landed her at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. Personal friend and philanthropist Ken Behring, who founded The Wheelchair Foundation, gave Susan the opportunity one year to assist with and experience the inner workings of a global NGO. Closely working with the foundation on Capitol Hill and traveling around the world delivering wheelchairs was a pivotal time in her life and sparked the desire to get back to the creative by producing legacy projects that will have a lasting impact on our communities and the world.

Dave Shaw

Program Development

Dave Shaw is a renowned specialist that transforms artistic program designs into operational programs. His expertise is diverse and requires an ability in collaborating with technical experts to translate information into a layman’s format that is readily understood by policy makers and other executives.
Over the course of 45 years he has acquired expertise in a wide variety of fields including public policy advocacy, theatre, capital project development, music productions, social service programs, among others.
